Everyone who works for Prenmet attends the Prentmet Training Centre.
There, they join different groups to learn about each department and
process within the company. Each member of staff gains an insight into
our operation, services and production processes. Their questions are
answered by experienced professionals in each of our departments.
This initiative gives everyone in the company an general or more
detailed picture of all aspects of our business, depending on each
individual's objectives. It also helps unify the entire workforce and
greatly strengthens our operation.
